Our mission:
At Base Denver, we yearn to create a deeply inclusive community for people in their 20s and 30s to cultivate meaningful connection to Jewish tradition. We do this through Shabbat and holiday meals, soulful Torah learning, exploring the natural beauty of Colorado, and meaningful acts of service.
About Us:
Base Denver is a community led by Rabbi Dave Yedid & Daniel Eisenberg. We love many things, among them Jewish tradition, food, and Shabbat. Base is a community for post-college young adults in their 20s and 30s. We host Shabbat and Holiday meals, Jewish learning, social events, service events, and immersive experiences, like retreats and backcountry trips. Some events take place in our home, while others take place at our partner organizations or in public spaces like bars and parks.
For security reasons, we do not post our home address here; we will send our home address 24 hours in advance of events; we are located in Lowry, Denver 80220.
Most events are free of charge, but some will have tickets associated. If finances are a concern for you, please email me.
Accessibility: there is one concrete step to enter our home. Our home, once inside, is wheelchair accessible. If you have accessibility or mobility needs, please reach out and we will do our best to meet them.
